Our Comprehensive Membership is designed to provide dedicated, holistic support for your health and well-being over a full 12-month commitment. To ensure a seamless experience, the membership can be paid in full at the start or transitioned into a monthly payment plan.

To begin your membership:

• Your first payment includes the enrollment fee plus one month in advance.

• The next two months must be paid in full before transitioning to the monthly payment plan for the remainder of the year. Family memberships must pay 6 months upfront, then 6 months on monthly.
